Spa Etiquette

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your scheduled treatment, as arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes from your spa service. Unfortunately, regardless of how late you arrive, your treatment will finish on time so that the next client will not be delayed. Full charges for the scheduled treatment(s) will still apply.

We respectfully ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of single services and 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of multiple services. We require 7 days’ notice for cancellation of any booked exclusive events. If we have not received cancellation without sufficient notice, a charge of 50% of the booked service will be charged to your credit card. Full charges will apply for any missed appointments.

Our phone policy: to fully enjoy the spa experience and allow other guests to enjoy theirs, we respectfully ask you keep your phone on silent while in the treatment areas and refrain from taking any calls while in the spa. Please secure your phone with your other personal belongings while you completely enjoy your relaxing get away here at Mai Spa.

Our spa services are non-refundable for completed treatments. 

Our employees strive to provide the best, most relaxing experience possible, and absolutely no disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated.
